Allison Granucci, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, Cert. VRS
Allison Granucci, PT, DPT, recently relocated to New Hampshire from Connecticut, where she has practiced as a physical therapist since 2019. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island and holds a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of New England, giving her a strong background in both rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Allison has experience treating patients across the lifespan, including athletes, active adults, and older individuals. Her clinical background includes general orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, neurology, vestibular therapy, and sports medicine. She is certified in dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, and running gait analysis, enabling her to effectively treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, vertigo and vestibular hypofunction, and running-related injuries. She incorporates manual therapy, progressive strengthening, and individualized exercise programs to support safe, efficient recovery.
Allison is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care that helps patients build strength, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy most.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, playing with her dog, spending time outdoors, traveling, and hiking.
